BQ32000: leakage current from VBACK to VCC

Part Number: BQ32000

Hello expert,

May we know if there is leakage current flows through all the switch from Vback to VCC? Customer would like to save power from VBACK and don't want leakage for it.

Best regards,

Ann Lien

  • Hi Ann,

When operating off the backup supply, the total current consumption is around 1.2 uA typical. Note that when Vcc is lost, TCFE and TCH2 are automatically set to 0 which opens the switches and helps minimize the leakage current (see "cycle" rows in Figures 17 and 18)

Let me know if this answers your question.

    Regards,

    Connor
