CDCM6208: CDCM6208 - Differences with CDCM6208V1F and about the not used outputs

The two devices differ in their default programming for I2C/SPI and the other pin modes. If you use I2C to program your configuration (whole register set) then there is no difference and you can use both devices.

The supply for VDD_VCO and VDD_PLL2 can be combined per pin function table on Page 5. The specs for Core Analog Supply Voltage for VDD_PLL2 apply to VDD_VCO. Using 1.8V or 3.3V for these supplies is suitable - the performance specifications in the datasheet cover both of these cases.

If anything, a 0-Ohm footprint can be left depopulated between the power plane and the supply pins as a backup.
