Hello,
I am getting the LMX2572EVM module. There are methods to decrease lock time outlined in the datasheet called full assist. Where the VCO calibration time can be decreased significantly.
Does the Eval board software called TICS Pro, allow you to automatically do this fast VCO calibration? Or do I need to do something manually? Such as write a script to change the proper registers?
If I need to do it manually, can anyone point me two the documentation that can assist me with making a script to do this? Outlining what registers that need to be written? So far, I have come across Achieving Low Frequency Switchover Time for Wireless Infrastructure Applications. Is there anything else in the public domain?
