LMX2592EVM: CE/EU Declaration of Conformity (aka EU DoC) required

The CE/EU DoC only confirm compliance with the CE Directive: EMC 2014/30/EU. It does not confirm compliance with ROHS.
Is the product somehow out of the scope of the ROHS directive?

If ROHS applies to the product, we'd also need the CE/EU DoC confirming compliance with the CE DIrective: ROHS 2011/65/EU.

it is RoHS compliant, just like the LMX2582EVM (same pcb layout and components, just different IC). Can you use the DoC of LMX2582EVM?

I have reported this DoC issue to the corresponding team in TI, I will let you know when there is an update.

Thank you for informing us that LMX2582EVM is ROHS compliant. Unfortunately, we cannot use the EU DoC LMX2582EVM as evidence that  LMX2592EVM is ROHS compliant. 

Legally, for CE-marked products, the manufacturer must draw the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity confirming compliance with all the applicable CE Directives. So we need the CE/EU Declaration listing SKU LMX2592EVM and confirming compliance with ROHS. (this is one of the obligations expressed in all the CE directives)

This obligation is detailed in the ROHS directives - you may refer to Article 7.c of the ROHS Directive 2011/65/EU, under "Obligations of the Manufacturers" (access HERE) 

Reason for the request: 

The CE Directives request that the importer of CE-marked products hold a copy of the CE/EU Declarations of Conformity in their records when placing these products on the EU markets, and when we, Mouser USA, offer the product to the EU, we are the importer of records. Please refer to Article 9.g of the ROHS Directive 2011/65/EU, under "Obligations of the Importers".

Please provide the updated CE/EU DoC that will confirm compliance not just with EMC 2014/30/EU but also with ROHS 2011/65/EU for SKU LMX2592EVM.
