Hi,
I have 2 LMK3H0102EVM devices.
both are connected with the same jumpers.
One is working great and the other is not.
d2 and d9 Leds are not on. no I2C devices discovered, it recognizes the USB2ANY device.
I've done a FW update without shorting BSL (J20), understood that part later.
So it never worked before.
how can I know if it's bricked or how to reload FW?
Any type of solution will be great.

looks like the 3.3V regulator is defected. only getting 0.7V on VDD and VDDO test points.
How can I make it work besides supplying 3.3V externally?
