We can calculate this based on the single ended absolute high/low voltages. MAX VOH = 920mV and MIN VOL = -150mV makes the absolute max swing 1.07V which differential would be 2.14V
With MIN VOH = 520mV and MAX VOL being 150mV that means the absolute min swing is 370mV which differential would be 740mV.
Although the max/min combinations that create a worst case spec are very unlikely and nominally the chip will have a differential swing of 1.62V.
