LMK1C1102: CLOCK BUFFER WITH 1V Peak to Peak of 76.8MHZ

Part Number: LMK1C1102

Tool/software:

Hi,

I need clock buffer which supports 76.8MHZ with 1V peak-to-peak.

Kindly help me in getting the part.

Thanks

  • Hi Sathya,

I have a couple of questions that could help identify an appropriate part.

First of all, what is your intended number of clock outputs?

Secondly, does 1V p-p refer to your operating voltage?

Finally, are you interested in single-ended or differential inputs/outputs for your buffer?

    Thanks,

    Michael

  • Hi Micheal,

I need single 76.8Mhz clock with output voltage of 1V p-p single ended. If it is with two output buffer also it is fine.

    Thanks

  • Hi again Sathya,

I believe the best part for you may, in fact, be the LMK1C1102. The LMK1C1102 can support and output the 76.8 MHz signal you require. Furthermore, the LMK1C1102 features an LVCMOS output, which will support your single ended output. The only issue is that the output signal will likely be greater than 1 V p-p; however, the output signal can be scaled down from whatever its output may be (depending on which Vcc level you use, as the LMK1C1102 supports 1.8, 2.5, and 3.3 V) to 1 V p-p using a simple voltage divider. Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,

    Michael
