LMC555: LMC555IMX/NOPB: Maximum Junction temp

Storage temperature ABS MAX is 150C. The ambient temperature can be 125C. So the answer has to be greater than 125C but less than or equal to 150C. Based on many other Ta 125C integrated circuits, 150C could be assumed.

Because the data sheet doesn't say, there is no definitive answer.
