May I know there have Oscillator product can provide 50khz?

We may find LTC6907 alternative but seems TI product are support over 1Mhz.

Hi Jeff,

We don't currently have any devices that are pin compatible with LTC6907. Most likely the closest match we have that can generate 50 kHz would be a 555 timer. Would that work for your application?

You mean TLC555? It can support 50khZ output? Have any reference design?

The datasheets include typical application schematics and formulas for calculating the output frequency. For example, for the TLC555 the schematic and formula are shown under section 6.3.2 on page 14:
