Why don't we propose customer use LMK6D instead (LVDS output)? Instead of competitor part?
If input is an LVDS signal, simply DC couple with a 100Ohm differential termination: 
On the output side, correct termination is as follows:
If DC coupled, just 100Ohm differential termination but if AC coupled, the receiver must be biased internally.
