Can u suggest me a ramp generator or Triangular Wave generator which can achieve this rate of 0.1us for 150MHz and Vco for a 2.4 to 2.485GHz and 5.725 to 5.85GHz with Wider Frequency modulation bandwidth for maintaining gain flatness across the sept band.
