LMK05318B: questions about register setting at initialization

Part Number: LMK05318B

Tool/software:

Hello,

My customer has some questions as follows.

Q1:
LMK05318B Programmer's Guide shows registers from R0 to R351. But TICSPro also shows additional R252, R357, R367 and R411. At initialization after power up, do customers have to program R0 to R351? Or R0 to R411?

Q2:
At initialization after power up, customers do not need program read-only register at all?

Q3:
R252, R357, R367 and R411 read-only registers? Or not?

Best regards,

K.Hirano

  • Hi K. Hirano,

The programmer's guide had a recent update that should have added many registers to match what is exposed in TICS Pro. We noticed that some did not get added in the recent release so we are working on getting them uploaded for the next revision soon (target: by end of this month).

I recommend following the TICS Pro exported list of registers.

You do not have to write read only registers.

    R252 is a read-write register while R357, R367 and R411 are read-only.

    Regards,

    Jennifer
