When using the CDCUN1208LP with 2.5V HCSL or LVDS outputs, is it possible to use one of the P outputs only as a single-ended output for a LVCMOS receiver?

Most likely not - you're CMOS receiver will have a specific input swing
A swing that HCSL or LVDS most likely won't meet single ended.

If you need LVCMOS outputs - please utilize LMK1C family instead.
