lmk00105 differential input termination

The data-sheet for lmk00105 shows a number of input termination options for single-ended drive. I am interested in Clock-Input termination schemes for LVDS , LVPECL differential clock inputs. Any references on this?

    LMK00105/1 support both DC coupled and AC coupled inputs.  Refer to these app notes below for interfacing and termination schemes for various signaling types.
