Hi, please let me ask how to use the external clock feedback.

For the external feedback clock input pins(Pin 34,35), does the input clock must be AC coupled ?

What is the operating common mode voltage range ? 

I am asking this because I could not find common mode voltage range in the electrical characteristics.It seems characteristics are defined with AC coupled.
