What is the max. current at PC2OUT (pin 13) of the CD74HC7046A

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD74HC7046A

hello,

What is the max. current that I can take direct out from PC2OUT (pin 13) of the CD74HC7046A to the loop-filter (R3/C2)?

in the datasheet I found:

Features

Fanout (Over Temperature Range)
- Standard Outputs . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 10 LSTTL Loads
- Bus Driver Outputs . . . . . . . . . . . . . 15 LSTTL Loads

and

Absolute Maximum Ratings

DC Output Source or Sink Current per Output Pin, IO
For VO > -0.5V or VO < VCC + 0.5V . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .±25mA

Now I'm confused:

Can I take 5 ...10 mA direct from PC2OUT-Pin into the loop-filter (R3 = 1k ... 500 Ohm)?

25 mA should be enough, but 10/15 LSTTL-Loads not...

What can I do to get 5 to 10 mA into the loop-filter, if PC2OUT doesn't support this current?
