Our customer will use CDC7005 in their system with the following frequency.
REFCLK : 74.25MHz
CLKOUT : 148.5MHz or 74.25MHz

How long does it take for the PLL to LOCK to the REFCLK ?
I think the LOCK time depends on loopfilter desgin. Could you give us information based on the Evaluation Module ?
