Hi Team,

Our customer is designing their board using CDC7005 and calculating the power consumption.
We have the below question, could you please help us ?

When charge pump current is changed from 2mA to 8mA, how much does the power consumption increase ?

If there is an equation to estimate the power consumption under different Icp, could you tell me the equation ?

    Hi Kawai,

    This Char data is not available for the CDC7005 device, Which customer is willing to have this data? we are looking internally if we can run this char especially for the customer.

    Hi Ahmed-san,

    I had just asked you for the equation if there were easy one for estimation.

    I have told customer to measure the differentiation of the DC/DC converter output current value which is applying the power to VDD, because, power consumption difference cannot be calculated easily with a simple equation.
