I am using the CDCM7005-SP as a PLL to provide a 1GHz clock signal to the ADC (In this case it is the ADC12D1600QML). Some application notes and other sources I've read have suggested terminating LVPECL outputs with resistances between 140 and 220 Ohms.
I am terminating the LVPECL (Y0A and Y0B) with 150Ohm resistors, but would like to know what the internal impedance of the LVPECL outputs are. I can't seem to find this information from the datasheet. Does anyone have this information or know where to find it?
