Hi,

I found the EVM user guide of LMK00338 at http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/snau155/snau155.pdf

In page 9. I found the R39 & C25 is left open.

Can you suggest proper value for these passive elements?

    These components are not required.  They are optional for testing purposes.  Example test scenario is to measure REFout rise/fall time with a load capacitance on C25.  R39 allows 0 ohms to test the output using an oscilloscope active probe (high impedance, low capacitance) with C23 disconnected.
