Codeloader for LMK61E2 have error

I downloaded Codeloader from here (http://www.ti.com/tool/codeloader). My OS - Win7 64-bit. When I select LMK61E2 as active I have an error.

Can anyone help?

P.S. I don't have any eval boards. I just run on PC only software.

Try to run on Win XP. The same error appeared. I want buy eval board. How I must use it if software doesn't work?

What language type is set in your "Region and Language" settings? You can access this by typing region into the windows program search.
Some language settings which use "," as a decimal point can cause this error. Sometimes codeloader can be made to work by changing this under the "Additional settings" button in the Region and Language setup box. I expect this is your issue?

Note, we anticipate to release a new software shortly which will correct this issue. See TICS Pro (ti.com/.../ticspro-sw); at this moment, TICS Pro does not support LMK61E2, but LMK61E2 is at a high priority adding.
