I had to order an EVM, as a first step I made a measurement using R&S SME03 with 6dBm and 10dBm fed to CDCLVD1204.

This is about 50fs (integrated tp 50MHz offset).

6dBm  111fs --> 122 fs --> 51 fs add. jitter

10dBm  96 fs--> 107 fs --> 48 fs add. jitter

Have you used single ended input with 50ohm termination on the second input ?

The LMX2531 outputs +3dBm. Can you please verify the additive jitter in this case also stays in the same area of 50fsec range ?

Hello Nir,
that's correct. All baluns for this frequency range were used in validation setup. This is a single ended measurement. I have to wait for the 5052 to free up again.
