Hi All,

CDC3RL02 has two parts.

CDC3RL02BYFPR and CDC3RL02YFPR.

This is a difference by backside coating.

Does the presence or absence of backside coating affect performance (reliability test, etc.) ?

The backside coating does not affect performance but increases reliability by increasing package strength. The backside coating increases the device's resistance to cracking.
