LMX2595: RF mute to RF on Switching time

Hi Ti,

What will be switching time from RF off to RF on when I use OUTA_PD registers? Assuming I am configuring this registers in less than 1us.

I mean to ask, If I write OUTA_PD as 1, How long it take to switch OFF the RF output? and If I write OUTA_PD as 0, How long it take to switch ON the RF output?

Hi Pradeep,

Output will be OFF immediately when OUTA_PD=1.

When OUTA_PD=0, output will resume in a few µs.

HI,

We need to switch it on and off within 5us.

So is this chip is capable of doing this?

Do you have any data for switching time.

Hello,

Yes, this should be possible.

Typically it will take 1us to disable the output and 4us for enable.
