Hello tech team,

Is it okay to leave unused clkout pins floating? Or should we terminate them with 100-ohm (and ac-coupled)?

Hello Kazu,

If the outputs are powered down, including Fout, you can leave the output pins floating.

If however you are using for example only one pin of an LVPECL output, you should terminate the unused pin in the same fashion as the used pin.
