We are using the LMX2592 Synthesizer to generate an ADC sampling clock. What is the format of the differential RFoutAP/M signals from the LMX2592? Are these signals differential sinewaves or LVDS, LVPECL, or some other format?
Thanks,
Ted

Hi Ted,
If you do not use channel divider, the format is sine wave. It is a square wave if the VCO output gets divided down.
The output buffer is a differential buffer but it is not a LVDS or LVPECL driver.
Thanks very much Noel. What about if the output is taken from VCO doubler? Sine wave or square wave?

Hi Ted,
It is sine wave.
Thanks very much Noel!
