Hi Piera,
CDCE6214 is design for clock generation. I am not sure how good it is if it is being used for jitter cleaning.
What is the clock frequency?
In general, a scope is not able to measure clock jitter accurately. We need decent test equipment such as E5052 to measure clock jitter, especially when the clock frequency is low.
Hello Piera,
I did mention that CDCE6214-Q1 has better jitter performance than CDCE813-Q1, but by that I mean it adds less jitter to a clean source. I did not suggest that it should be used for jitter cleaning.

Technically any PLL can be used for jitter cleaning as long as the loop bandwidth is narrow enough. But VCO phase noise needs to be very low for that purpose. LMK04832 is recommended for jitter cleaning.
