Hello,

I wanted the input pins details of CDCLVC1106, is there Pull up or Pull down and Impedence.

Can I use LMK00804B outputs as inputs to CDCLVC1106 (LVCMOS)?

Hi Vinayak,

Yes, LMK00804B-Q1 outputs can be input to CDCLVC1106. You can DC couple the outputs if they are operating from the same supply voltage, otherwise you will want to bias to VDD/2 of the CDCLVC1106 using AC-coupling capacitor and voltage divider as shown in CDCLVC1104EVM user's guide. The VDDO of LMK00804B-Q1 should not exceed the VDD of CDCLVC1106.

What is the input impedance on the LVCMOS input of the IC? Does it have an internal pull-down similar to LVCMOS pin on LMK00804B device?

Hi Vinayak,

Based on my bench measurement, CLKIN has a ~621.5K pullup and ~191.9K pulldown.

What LMK00804B testing are you referring to? Electrical characteristics are specified for each VDDO voltage in datasheet tables 7.9 through 7.12
