Hi team,

I would like to use this device to generate 24.576MHz clock from 8KHz reference clock.

It looks the minimum input clock frequency at PLL mode is 8MHz.

Is there other device that can achieve this function?

Since my product is for automotive, I need Q100 qualified device.

Do you have a recommendation with Q100 device?

CDCE813-Q1 is Q100 qualified, but the CD74HC4046A is not. However, I noticed that CD74HC4046A has a temperature range from -55 to 125.
I am not an expert on CD74HC4046A, this device is supported by another team. I noticed that there are some military grade devices in that portfolio such as CD54HC297 and CD54HC4046A, but these devices are overkill.
