The product page mentions the LMK1C110x is pin compatible, but the datasheet shows NC for pin 7 of the LMK1C1103. Is it ok to connect pin 7 to pin 8 and 5?
the LMK1C1102/3/4 are pin to pin compatible. A LMK1C1102 can be placed on the same PCB foot print as LMK1C1104. The difference is that only 2 outputs are active on LMK1C1102.
Pin 7 of LMK1C1103 should be left floating and must not be shorted to pin 5 and pin 8.
