    Hello,

    Here is some feedback on your questions:

    1. The thermal resistance for SN65LVDS9638DG4 is found on page 5 of the datasheet.  Use the de-rating for D(8) package G4 is the post fix for indicating free option.

    2. The Max junction temperature for this class of product is 125C.
