We are using CDCM6208V1RGZT Clock generation(100MHZ, 156.25MHZ & 125MHZ LVDS Output) Device for DSP three TMS320C6678 & one 66AK2H14)

I am planned to use single 25MHZ Oscillator and 1:4 Buffer for Four CDCM6208 Device. shall i connect buffer output(Single Ended) to PRI_REFP. PRI_REFN to be connect to GND.

In datasheet, Page no 36, table 6..Mentioned below

pin[4:0} 0x0(100MHZ LVDS), 0x3(156.25MHZ) & 0X9(125MHZ).

fin(PRI_REF) = 25MHZ
Type = LVDS .

Shall we connect 25MHZ source single ended signal?

Hi,

This mode requires the primary input reference to be LVDS. You could use a CMOS to LVDS buffer like CDCLVD1204 (http://wwwo .ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cdclvd1204.pdf)

The other option is to write to the registers in I2C/SPI mode to change the input type to LVCMOS
