We use the SE555P Timer in one of our circuits and we are experiencing a high failure rate. Accordingly, if possible we would like TI Electrical Engineering Experts to conduct a Failure Mode Analysis of our circuit and let us know: (1) what they believe is causing the failures, and (2) what they suggest we do to correct the circuit in order to stop the failures from occurring. We are prepared to provide physical samples of the circuit, as well as schematics and any other information necessary to achieve an accurate diagnosis and correct this problem.
Please advise us how to proceed in order to have this Failure Mode Analysis done.
