ADS1299: ads1299 precise sampling time

Hi dear

We are using an ads1299 in our circuit and another part of our circuit is 16 LEDs switching 4Hz rate and after reading data we have a 4 Hz noise on power spectrum. I read entire datasheet and we just know the time of DRDY which data is ready to read on output. If I want to switch the LED exactly when the ads1299 is not sampling data from input pins, I should know when the ads1299 starts and stops sampling data.

in DR[2:0]=101 we know it takes 16393 tclk to prepare first data in output, and after that each tDR we have a new data, but I want to know where exactly data is sampled from input.
