ADC128S102QML-SP: Die versions of Flight and non-Flight parts

Hi TI,

Please confirm that all the Flight versions of ADC128S102QML-SP use the same die as the Engineering Prototype ADC128S102WGMPR.

    Hi Dan,

    Yes, they're the same silicon.  The non-flight "WGMPR" version will not have gone through the same radiation and qual enhancement processes that the full QML-SP version will go through and it should not be used for flight testing.  Since it comes up a lot, it's the silicon in the -SP products is not the same silicon as the automotive/commercial versions under the ADC128S102 product folder.
