ADS1299: Data collected in output, refers to which period time

Part Number: ADS1299

Hi dear expert.

In previous question I had asked about the precise sampling time and the data refers to which time. In the link you have replied، there was a key sentence:

"Long story short, any output sample is really an average of thousands of samples that are constantly being taken so it is tough to say what point in time any one sample corresponds to"

Exactly I don't want to know the data output refers to which single point time, but also the period which data had been averaged is important to me. My circuit has another part switching on and off with a 4Hz frequency. I want to make this part switch when data in ads1299 is not collecting data. Because it make a 4 Hz noise on ads output which can not be firered, because we have important data in this frequency period.

I'm engaged with this problem  for months and will be grateful of you can solve it.
