PLABS-SAR-EVM-PDK: CH3 communication error

Hi

I purchased the PLABS-SAR-EVM-PDK directly from Texas Instruments. I was able to run tests on CH1 and CH2 with no problem. However CH3 has a device communication error. Screen shot is attached.

I was able to check the power and confirmed 3.3V on the EEPROM device for CH3.

I installed the screws and made sure the mating connectors are interfacing properly. I tried changing the channel multiple times. 

I tried installing the REF6xxxEVM GUI software to check if it works but the installation was not successful for some reason. So not able to verify whether the settings are incorrect or corrupted. 

I'm using a windows 10, 64 bit operating system. 

Could someone please advise what I could do next to get CH3 up and running.
