DAC1220: thermal info for Theta JC top and Theta JC bottom

Hi Team,

Do you have thermal information for this device DAC1220E?

I can not find it in datasheet.

Theta JC top

Theta JC bottom

customer needs the thermal resistance from the junction to the top of the case and to the bottom of the case.
