AFE4404EVM: After GUI install the LabVIEW Runtime-Engine is not being installed?

Can you please help with the below AFE4404EVM SW install issue?

I have installed the GUI for the AFE4404 evaluation board, unfortunately LabVIEW runtime engine is still needed.
A 2014 and 2021 version from National (ni.com) unfortunately still does not work, see message below.

Can you provide or point to a working LabVIEW runtime engine?

The AFE4404EVM User's guide SLAU621A does not list anything about Labview runtime engine:

The AFE4404 GUI requires 2014 (32 bit) labview run time engine (RTE).

The installation was now successful and we can start the AFE4404EVM GUI.
Unfortunately, the AFE4404EVM evaluation board does not appear in the Windows 10 Device Manager and is therefore not found by the GUI.

We already followed these instructions, installed driver and also started AFE4404EVM GUI in Windows 7 mode.
