Is this GUI connection issues stemming from the EVM or the Cloud Agent? What types of issues are you running into?

I tried local version GUI, it is still shown below error, which is same with Cloud version shown.

How is this can be solved?

Hi Rocky,

I recommend taking a look at the following E2E post that shows some debug steps for an EVM that isn't connecting to the GUI. Please let me know if you are still facing some trouble after following the procedure in the post.

The issue is still there. I followed the link to write EEPROM, but still could not make EVM and GUI connected. Do you have more suggestions?

Hi Rocky,

Can you take a screen capture of the device manager when the EVM is connected? Is it showing up as a generic bulk device?
