BP-DAC11001EVM: demo board does not work

Part Number: BP-DAC11001EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF6250

Hi there,

I have bought DAC11001EVM and MSP-432E401Y demo.  The power-up sequence and value as below.

   VCC:     +9V

   VSS:      -9V

VDD:    +5V  ( same power with VIO )

     VIO:     +5V

     VREF_PWR : +5V ( another power 5V )

The power-up sequence is :   1.  VCC,VSS, VREF at the same time   2. VDD, VIO at the same time   3. Power-up the 432E401Y EVM with PC USB

After I use the board twice,  I found DAC OUTPUT TP6 is always -5v. And I double confrimed the waveform ,it shows TP42( REFERENCE INPUT ) VOLATEG is powered by VDD not REF_PWR.

Even If I do not power VREF, if VDD is powerby 5V, TP42 shows 5V volatge and TP6 shows -5V voltage.

Could you please help to check if somthing wrong when I use the demo?  And what's wrong with my  DAC11001 EVM?  Thanks.

I use multimeter to measure the REF_PWR and REF6250 INPUT,  it seems they are not commencted. Is it correct?

1: REF_PWR   2. REF6250  3: EXTERNAL REF_PWR 4: VDD
