DAC60096EVM: DAC60096EVM software will not start in windows 10

That indicate that the driver is not loading.  Can you follow the tips in this thread? https://e2e.ti.com/support/data-converters-group/data-converters/f/data-converters-forum/914143/dac60096evm-can-not-program-dac60096evm-board-not-detected-no-output

Can you install the AMC7836EVM software and see if that loads? If does, please re-launch the DAC60096EVM.

Can you also try launching in Administrator Mode?
