in our designed board, we are mounted ads5560 instead of ads5562. as per the datasheet of ads5560 the maximum sampling frequency is 40Mhz.but we need to sample the data at 46Mhz.
so if we use ads5560 with the sampling rate 46Mhz, will the adc work? if yes what will be the impact in performance (SNR,SFDR, ENOB)?

It would be best to use a ADS5562 device, not an ADS5560 if you plan to sample at 46MSPS. This is not the rated sampling rate for the ADS5560.
The device, will work, but the impact on the SNR, SFDR and ENOB could be all over the place, it could be slight to drastic, in terms of degradation as the device was not characterized this way, above it's rated sampling rate.
