ADC122S021: Any Other ADC with 125C?

Hi team,

Any other ADC with higher temperature support up to 125C, AND continuous conversion without resetting /CS pin like below? Note /CS pin is not toggled.

Hi PY,

Almost all of the National ADCxxxxxxx devices have this /CS mode of operation. What speed and channel count do you need? What sort of application is this that needs 125C operation?

Hi Tom,

thanks. 1-ch 50ksps is sufficient. if there isn’t any 125C, how about 105C?

Hi Tom,

Thank you. So there is no other ADC can support 125C with continuous conversion.

Back to ADC122S021, if Ta >85C but Tj <150, the device will still survive and be functional but performance can't be guaranteed anymore - is this correct understanding?

Did you look at the list I sent with the 'columns' expanded to include temperature? You and I have the same search tools... Correct - anything beyond the data sheet limits cannot be guaranteed. The parts may function but the performance may not be in accordance with the datasheet limits.

Yes, I did, and all the other devices (except a few like ADC122S625, ADC122S655 and ADC122S706 which can only support up to 105C but not 125C) do not have continuous conversion timing diagram that with /CS pin held low permanently.
Specifically for ADC121S101 and ADCS7476 (both can support 125C), continuous operation is mentioned in datasheet but I can't tell if it is indeed the continuous operation with /CS pin held permanently supported. Can you please help check and confirm? This is a mandatory requirement.
