ADS1198: ADS keeps burning

I upload three files : the first one is a schematic I designed, the second is the board and the other is the ADS1194 datasheet.
I have a serious problem with designing my printed circuit board. It keeps burning after supplying 1.8V for aprox 5mins to my ADS1198.

I used a bipolar supply operation, and separated analog ground from digital ground. Then I connected them with 0ohm resistor,

Is there anyone who can give an answer for me?
