Hi,
I am plan to design the EMG system.
Input voltage 1 uV to 30 mV
Frequency 1 Hz to 1 kHz
What I believe is the ADS1292 or ADS1293 part which is used for ECG design is relevant to me.
I need a few clarifications like i plan to do a block diagram like below i designed the 500 gain circuit to amplify the signal from uV to mV.
ADS1292 needed input signal in between +/- 400 mV and up to 1 Khz frequency.
So I designed a network of opamps that amplify the muscle signal from 1 uV to say up to max +/- 400 mV
Electrode-->>Amplifier-->>ADS1292-->>MCU
The amplifier is like below
i want to design 3 channels so according to ADS1292 block will looks like below
I also used EMI filters, ESD filters, and DC blocking filters in the Opamp network circuit.
The above block is possible for the EMG design right?
Does ADS1292 have anything that can create issue for the above image block?
Hello Yagnik,
What is the noise target in your application? Is the opamp network able to meet the noise target?
Hi Praveen,
Yes opamp network and their simulation i already verified.
CMRR >80dB
Can refer below screenshot for noise
So, according to that the opamp application looks suitable for me from the noise side.
The specific answer I am looking is that can i use ADS1292 or ADS1293 for signal input measurement of 5 Hz to 1 Khz with +/- 400 mV emg signal instead of EMG signal?
