AFE11612-SEP: Radiation tolerant transistor for temperature sensing

Hello :  )

The data sheet recommends that we use either the 2N3904 or 2N3906 for external temperature sensing.

Would you happen to be able to recommend parts with a similar radiation tolerance to the AFE11612-SEP?

The data sheet does include great specs on how to pick alternative transistors so this probably is the route to take. Was just hoping you'd have some ideas here.

    Hi Adam,

    Unfortunately, we do not have recommendations for radiation tolerant transistors to use with the AFE11612-SEP. This seems like a bit of an oversight, and I'll discuss with the team to see if we can find some recommended transistors and update the datasheet accordingly.
