    Hi Gopika Raj V S,

    The SPI clock timing is specified in the ADS124S08 datasheet in section 7.6.  The fastest SPI SCLK frequency is 1/SCLK period (1/100ns) or 10MHz.  Keep in mind that the ADS124S08 is an ADC that doesn't directly convert the RTD resistance to a digital temperature value.  Instead the RTD is excited to produce a voltage that is measured relative to a voltage reference.  Please review the applications section in the datasheet and also review the information in A Basic Guide to RTD Measurement.
