Good afternoon

We are looking to set up a quick pattern generator setup by combining a DAC38J84EVM and a TSW14J57EVM board, however the TSW14J57EVM is not available in disributors and on the TI website it's not clear what the status of it is.

Is the board still available? If not, is there an alternative solution?

    Hi Daniel,

    Please order the TSW14J59EVM.

    The TSW14J57EVM is obsolete, due to the FPGA not available.

    A quick follow up on this topic. We ordered the DAC39RF84EVM and TSW14J59EVM as suggested, but while running some preliminary tests I could not get the TSW14J59EVM programmed for this particular DAC model. I’m using the most up to date HSDCPro install on your website, v6.00.

    Looking into it, on the About menu, under the supported devices for the TSW14J59revB – DAC, only a bunch of modes for the DAC39RF1x appear. Looking at the quick start guide for the DAC39RF84EVM, and taking into account the parameters chosen for the board in its GUI, I’d expect to need DAC3XJ84_LMF_841.

    Can you provide us with an updated HSDCPro install that includes the necessary files to run our system?
