ADS8678: About the calculation results

When I used the tool, I got the results shown in the attached document.

I think that the error voltage is the error in the calculation result multiplied by the full scale range.
Therefore, is the following calculation correct? 5.12V x 0.06835Calculation results.xlsx% = 3.5mV

Hi Takehashi-san,

If you click on the 'Help' button, the tool will open up a PDF file that explains how to enter data. The 'Full Scale Range' should be the maximum input voltage for the ADC, so assuming you are using the unipolar 0-5.12V range, everything looks good. The 3.5mV is correct. I see now that the 'Maximum Errors' tab does not change the units, so we'll look into getting that fixed. The PPM versus % option from the Analysis Options does change the calculated value correctly though.
